Managing Director
Dr. Christopher Große
Christopher started his career in 2000 on the Neuer Markt (New Market) as Head of Corporate Communications at a listed IT company in Berlin. After holding positions at a communications agency in Bonn, in corporate communications at an MDAX-listed mechanical engineering company, and in journalism and media (including Bayerischer Rundfunk), he served as Head of Corporate Communications and as Management Partner of a management consulting firm in a service group.
Since 2012, he has been responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate communications for the international IT group Allgeier SE. In 2020, he accompanied the spin-off and IPO of the globally operating TecDAX company Nagarro SE, which he has since also supported in financial market communications and Investor Relations. Christopher completed his doctorate on sustainable management and communication strategies in a large industrial company.
He was awarded the Science Prize of the University of Augsburg and the Science Prize of the Swabian Economy.
Since 2014, Christopher has been supporting clients for seowerk in the fields of strategic capital market communication and financial PR, financial reporting and mandatory disclosure, digital brand development and sustainability communication. He is fluent in German, English and French.

Marion Genais
Marion joined irwerk in 2023 as Senior Investor Relations Manager and supports customers on the IR side, as well as on strategic and crisis communication, and on digital brand development. .
Prior to her current position, she gained experience in the Private Equity industry at Limestone Capital AG in Munich, where she focused on managing Real Estate Assets and was involved in hospitality investments throughout Europe.
Marion started her career as an auditor at KPMG Paris in 2006, in the financial services department. She then joined the Société Générale S.A. Investor Relations team in Paris where, among being responsible for the risks and the capital subjects within the team for 6 years, she managed the communication of the bank's first Green Bond, thus developing a strong ESG acquaintance.
Marion holds a Master's degree in finance from OMNES Education Paris and attended the Haas Business School of the University of California, Berkeley. She is fluent in French, English and German.
